Susan Scott Joins Lennar Virginia As Marketing Specialist
Gainesville, VA--- The Virginia Division of Lennar announced that Susan Scott has joined the company as marketing specialist. Ms. Scott will be responsible for developing and implementing the division’s marketing plans, corporate branding and overseeing the advertising and market research for Lennar’s new home communities.
Ms. Scott joins Lennar following a 20-year career in the Washington real estate industry. Most recently Ms. Scott held the position of marketing director at Real Estate Consulting Services. During her seven year tenure, Ms. Scott successfully marketed and sold more than 1,000 condominiums and 40 single family homes in 15 communities throughout Virginia.

Ms. Scott attended Elizabeth Seton College and the University of New Hampshire. More recently, she has completed the four levels of course work required for the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, the most prestigious designation given by the National Association of Home Builders. Ms. Scott is a member of the Washington Metropolitan Sales and Marketing Council.
