**UPDATES**


Brandishing *ARREST – On January 12th, the below listed accused turned himself into police without incident.

Arrested:

Noah Jeremiah BARFIELD, 22, of Woodbridge

Charged with brandishing and driving on a suspended driver’s license

Court date and bond unavailable


Brandishing (Previously Released) On January 10th at 9:35PM,

police responded to the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Old

Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a brandishing following an

apparent road rage incident. The victim, a 47 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to

police that he was traveling on the Prince William Pkwy behind a vehicle, driver later

identified as the accused. The victim stated that he passed the other vehicle and

continued to the parking lot of Merchant Plaza where he parked. The accused followed

and got out of his vehicle with a handgun. The accused then allegedly pointed the

handgun at the victim in a threatening manner. The victim never got out of his vehicle

and was able to leave the parking lot to contact police. Warrants were obtained against

the accused.



Burglary *ARREST / WANTED PERSON – On January 10th, police developed an identity of two suspects involved in the below listed burglary reported from the Plow & Hearth on January 8th. The accused, FROEHLICH, was arrested on January 11th without incident. The remaining suspect, FISHER, is currently wanted on active warrants in reference to this case.

Arrested:

Brendan Joseph FROEHLICH, 21, of Warrenton

Charged with burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony

Court date set for February 23, 2012, held on a $7,500 secured bond


Wanted:

William Joseph FISHER, 20, of 12036 Crest Hill Rd in Hume, VA

Described as a white male, 5’10” / 175lbs, brown hair / blue eyes

Wanted for burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony


Burglary to a Business (Previously Released) On January 8th at 11:22AM, police

responded to Plow & Hearth located at 5095 Wellington Rd in Gainesville (20155) for a

burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:20PM on

January 7th and 9:00AM on January 8th. There were no signs of forced entry into the

business. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.



**INCIDENTS**


Burglary – On January 12th at 6:27PM, police responded to the 3800 block of Del Mar Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary to a vacant residence. Property owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between an unknown time on January 9th and 6:00PM on January 12th. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which was pried opened. Copper piping, of unknown value, was reported missing.


Burglary – On January 12th at 4:50PM, police responded to the 17400 block of Terri Ct in Dumfries (22026) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:30AM and 4:45PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door which had been broken out. A laptop, gaming console and related games, jewelry and 2 handguns, valued around 12,000, were reported missing.


Burglary – On January 12th at 3:36PM, police responded to the 1300 block of Eisenhower Cir in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary to a vacant residence. Property owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00AM on January 11th and 1:30PM on January 12th. Entry appeared to have been made through the front door which had been forced opened. No items were reported missing, however, damage estimated around $1,700 was discovered.


Burglary / Grand Larceny – On January 12th at 7:29AM, police responded to the BEE & H Electric located at 11444 Robertson Dr in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 5:00PM on January 11th and 7:00AM on January 12th. Entry appeared to have been made into a warehouse through a rear door which had been pried opened. Copper wiring, valued around $7,000, was reported missing.


Attempted Burglary – On January 9th at 3:00PM, police responded to the 7100 block of Mercury Ave in Gainesville (20155) for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that sometime between 12:01AM on December 1st and 3:00PM on January 7th, an unknown person(s) attempted entry into the residence through a window which had damage to the exterior screen. No entry was made into the residence and no items were reported missing.


**ARRESTS**


Attempted Malicious Wounding – On January 12th at 7:21PM, police responded to the 5000 block of Larry Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a domestic. The victim, a 20 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly assaulted her after grabbing a knife from the kitchen. The accused left the residence prior to police arrival but soon returned. The victim sustained minor injuries and was never cut with the knife.

Arrested:

Nicole Lauren ISAAC, 27, of the 5000 block of Larry Ct in Woodbridge

Charged with attempted malicious wounding

Court date unavailable, held on a $1,500 secured bond


Felony Hit & Run / Eluding – On January 12th at 3:38PM, a uniformed Prince William County police officer witnessed a crash occur in the area of Dale Blvd and Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22193). As the officer was assessing the crash, one of the vehicles, later determined to be operated by the accused, fled the area at a high rate of speed. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle but the accused ignored the officer’s emergency equipment which included lights and siren. The officer lost sight of the vehicle in the area of Bel Air Elementary School. Other officers responding to the incident located the vehicle and the accused in the area of Forestdale Ave and Fullerton Rd. There, the accused was taken into custody without further incident. A post-arrest search of the vehicle resulted in marijuana being recovered. The other vehicle involved in the initial crash was occupied by a driver only, a 21 year old woman of Woodbridge, who was uninjured.

Patrick Lee HOGAN, 20, of Woodbridge

Charged with felony hit & run, felony eluding, possession of marijuana and driving on a

suspended license

Court date unavailable, held on a $5,000 secured bond



Burglary to a Business – On January 10th at 7:21AM, police responded to the Goodwill located at 8014 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, was seen on surveillance entering the store and taking miscellaneous clothing. The store is currently undergoing renovations and the accused was able to force a ply wood cover off of a future door location and enter the business. The accused was located later that day and arrested without incident. The items reported missing were also located.

David Ashton FRAZIER, 51 – no fixed address

Charged with burglary and petit larceny

Court date unavailable, held on a $2,000 secured bond


Grand Larceny – On January 12th at 7:15PM, police responded to investigate a report of a grand larceny from Strayer University located at 13385 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192). The investigation revealed that a Bobcat, valued around $30,000, was stolen sometime during the day. Police received information of the possible whereabouts of the Bobcat off of Yolanda Ln in Manassas. Police confirmed that the Bobcat located there was, in fact, the one reported stolen. The following arrest was made.

Arrested:

Johnathan Larry ELLINGTON, 39, of Manassas

Charged with possession of stolen property and grand larceny

Court date unavailable, held on a $2,000 secured bond


Narcotics Investigation – On January 12th at 9:35PM, police arrested the accused in connection to a narcotics investigation into the selling of prescription medications. Police received information the accused was involved in the selling of the prescription medication Adderall and located him in the 8500 block of Rixlew Ln in Manassas (20109). There, the accused was taken into custody without incident and charged.

A 28-year-old man of Falls Church was charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic
