The Battlefield varsity football team is set to head down to Woodbridge to take on Hylton this Saturday, Nov. 26 at 1 p.m. for the Northwest Regional championship.

That game was originally scheduled to take place on Friday, Nov. 25 but due to a strange series of events, was pushed back to Saturday following a last-minute change among Cardinal District teams in the regional semi-finals.

Battlefield pounded then-undefeated Hylton 48-14 on the road in the regional semi-finals during the 2010 season. The Bulldogs (11-0) enter this year's match undefated again after crushing Osbourn 54-26 on Nov. 21. They topped the Bobcats 35-14 on Sept. 1 during the regular season.

Meanwhile, Battlefield (9-2) enters the game fresh off a 38-20 victory over Franklin County from last Friday.
