Domestic Assault – County Employee Arrest

On September 22nd at 12:56PM, police responded to Fannie Fitzgerald Elementary School located at 15500 Benita Fitzgerald Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for an assault. The investigation revealed that the accused had struck her 8 year old daughter with a belt to her back. The accused was located and arrested without incident. The accused is a Prince William County School employee. The incident took place at the home of the child, not at the school. The incident was reported at the school. The accused was not arrested at the school.

            Arrested:

            Christine Rodester Williams, 33, of Berlin Ct in Woodbridge

            Charged with domestic assault

            Court date unavailable, released on a $1,000 unsecured bond

Malicious Wounding / Armed Robbery

On September 20th at 5:18AM, police responded to investigate an alleged assault that occurred in the 10100 block of Irongate Way in Manassas (20109). The victim, a 36 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was struck in the back of the head with a blunt object by an unknown person. The unknown assailant also managed to take an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the victim before leaving the area. The victim was treated at an area hospital for his injuries. The victim could not give police a description of the assailant.

 

Burglary

On September 22nd at 9:04PM, police responded to the 6400 block of Ashby Grove Lp in Haymarket (20169) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred around 2:20PM. Entry appeared to have been made through an opened garage door. A bicycle valued around $150 was reported missing.

On September 22nd at 4:30PM, police responded to the 16000 block of Deer Park Dr in Dumfries (22025) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:01AM and 10:00AM. Entry appeared to have been made through an unlocked rear basement door. Computer equipment valuing around $4,400 was reported missing.

 

Burglary

On September 21st at 4:45PM, police responded to the 14000 block of Fallbrook Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that her son arrived home around the time above and noticed that the front and rear door were ajar. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Electronics valuing around $2,100 were reported missing.
