**ARRESTS**
Serious Crash – Fly Out
On September 03rd at 1:15PM, police responded to the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Joplin Rd in Triangle for a crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 1998 Acura Integra was traveling southbound on Jefferson Davis Hwy when it collided with a 2007 Toyota Yaris which was making a left hand turn onto Joplin Rd from northbound on Jefferson Davis Hwy. The driver of the Acura Integra ran the red light at this intersection. The collision caused both vehicles to rotate causing the trunk of the Toyota Yaris to open and a spare tire eject striking a 2005 Ford Explorer which was stopped on Joplin Rd waiting to make a left hand turn onto Jefferson Davis Hwy. The driver of the Acura Integra was flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver and 2 passengers of the Toyota Yaris were ground transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. A 3rd passenger in the Toyota Yaris was checked by Fire and Rescue at the scene. The driver of the Ford Explorer was not injured.

The 3 passengers of the 2007 Toyota Yaris were identified as a 25 year old woman (front passenger), a 31 year old man (left rear passenger) and a 23 year old man (right rear passenger), all of Stafford
The driver of the 2005 Ford Explorer was identified as a 68 year old woman of Triangle
Aggravated Sexual Battery
On September 03rd at 12:40PM, police responded to the 60 block of Village Pkwy in Dumfries for a child abuse. The investigation revealed that a 10 year old boy was touched inappropriately by a known acquaintance. The accused was located by police and arrested without incident.

On September 03rd, police conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Webb Dr and Lee Hwy in Gainesville. As a result, marijuana was recovered and the below individuals were arrested.

On September 05th, police conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Van Buren Rd and Presidential Hill Lp in Dumfries. As a result, marijuana was recovered and the below individuals were arrested.

**OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS**

On September 04th at 5:59PM, police responded to Sudley Manor Dr and Garner Dr in Manassas for a crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 1995 Toyota Corolla was traveling eastbound on Sudley Manor Dr when it collided with a 2002 Ford van which was making a left hand turn onto Garner Dr from westbound Sudley Manor Dr. The driver and passenger of the Ford van were not injured. The driver and passenger of the Toyota Corolla were both flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No charges were placed in this incident.

The passenger of the Toyota Corolla was identified as a 49 year old woman of Manassas
The driver of the Ford van was identified as a 34 year old man of Manassas
The passenger of the Ford van was identified as a 25 year old man of Manassas
Robbery / Malicious Wounding
On September 04th at 11:05PM, police responded to the 14800 block of Darbydale Ave in Dale City for a robbery. The victims, a 22 year old woman and a 43 year old man of Dale City, reported to police that were walking in the area above when they were approached and attacked by 2 unknown men. One man was armed with a baseball bat which was used to strike one of the victims while the other victim was punched. Personal items were taken from the victims by the men who fled prior to police arrival.

1st male was between 20 and 25 years of age, thin build
Last seen wearing a black fitted hat, black t-shirt, dark blue jeans and black shoes
2nd male was between 20 and 25 years of age, thin build
Last seen wearing a black bandana which white marks, dark colored shirt and dark pants
Strong Arm Robbery
On September 05th at 8:58PM, police responded to the 7-11 located at 13304 Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge for a robbery. The victim reported to police that he was outside the store when a silver SUV pulled up. The victim was punched by one of the occupants got out and punched him in the chest. The other 3 occupants reportedly chased the victim across the street and took personal property before fleeing. No suspect description at this time.
Home Invasion
On September 06th at 12:32AM, police responded to the 1900 block of Warren Dr in Woodbridge for a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that 2 unknown men entered the residence through an unlocked front door. One was armed with a handgun and ordered the occupants to get on the floor. It appears one of the men struck the homeowner over the head with the handgun causing it to discharge in the room. No one was injured as a result of the discharge. Police are still on scene and investigating.

White male, unknown age, 5’10” / 180lbs
Both men wore black face masks, black wind breaker style jackets and blue jeans
Burglary / Arson
On September 04th at 3:15AM, police responded to the 15200 block of Brickwood Ln in Dale City for a burglary. The investigation revealed that an unknown person broke into the residence and set fire to a mattress which activated the sprinkler system causing around $10,000 in damage. No one was injured in this incident. Fire Marshall’s office is handling the arson.
