Arrests and incidents reported by police on March 10

Arrests

Forcible Sodomy 2x, Aggravated Sexual Battery 2x, Indecent Liberties of a Child 2x, on 03-09-10, detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Paul  Wade Saunders , 50 years old, of Montgomery Avenue in Woodbridge on the above named offenses. Saunders  is accused of sexually assaulting a 12 year old boy within the last year. Saunders  is a friend of the victim's family. Saunder has been held without bond and will have a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Possession of Schedule II Substance (cocaine), Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Driving with a Revoked Operators License, Possession of Marijuana, occurred on March 6, 2010, around 3:45 a.m. in the 2200 block of Sluice Channel Place in Lake Ridge. A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested McAllister, 31, of Sluice Channel Place on the charges. McAllister was held on $10,000 bond and has a court date of May 4, 2010.

Incidents

Armed Robbery, occurred on March 6, 2010, around 1:00 a.m. in the area of Mapledale Avenue and Dale Boulevard in Dale City. The victim, a 19 year old man from Lorton, Virginia reported that he was walking with a friend on Mapledale Avenue approaching Dale Blvd when they were robbed at gun point. The victims reported that two unknown men, exited a vehicle, pointed a gun at them, and relieved them of their money. The suspects drove away from the scene in a brown sedan. The suspects are described as two Black males, between 18-25 years old, between 5'6" - 6'0" tall and wearing dark colored clothes. The victims were not injured during the robbery.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on March 7, 2010, between 6:00-10:00 p.m. in the 16000 block of Deer Park Drive in Dumfries. The victim reported that a bicycle valued at $150 was stolen from the garage. There were no signs of forced entry.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on March 9, 2010, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:40 p.m. in the 16700 block of Sweeney Loop in Woodbridge. The victim reported that an office located in her home was burglarized. The filing drawers were rummaged through but nothing was stolen. There were no signs of forced entry to the home.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on March 8, 2010, around 8:53 p.m. in the 10900 unit block of Wild Ginger Circle in Manassas. The victim, a 23 year old woman reported that an unknown man knocked on her apartment door. The victim opened the door and the suspect forced his way into the apartment by pushing the victim out of his way. Two additional men follow the first suspect into the apartment. The victim began to yell for help and the suspects ran from the scene. The victim was not injured and nothing was stolen from the apartment. The suspects are described as three Black males, between 20-30 years old, approximately 5'7" tall, thin built, wearing dark colored clothes. Two of the suspects were wearing skis masks.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on March 7, 2010, between 10:30 a.m. and 8:17 p.m. in the 16700 block of Capon Tree Lane in Woodbridge. The victim reported that the electricity in her residence was turned off by tampering with the electric box located outside. In addition a rear window of the basement was broken with a brick. Nothing was stolen from the victim's home.
