Arrests

Contribute to the Delinquency of a Minor, Provide Alcohol to a Minor, Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, occurred on December 26, 2009, around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Sudley Road and I66 in Manassas. A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 17-year-old boy from Warrenton charging him with DUI and possession of alcohol by a minor. The juvenile was released to a parent. The passenger was identified as Alisha Marie McCoy, 22, of Green Street in Warrenton. McCoy was charged with providing alcohol to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond information for McCoy was not available and she has a court date of February 8, 2010.

Incidents

Armed Robbery, occurred on January 5, 2010, around 6:20 p.m. in the 16800 block of Winston Lane in Dumfries. Two victims reported that they were robbed at gun point by three unknown suspects. The victims were sitting in their vehicles when they were approached by the suspects. The suspects threatened the victims with a firearm and relieved them of an undisclosed amount of cash. The victims  were identified as a 20-year-old man and a 35-year-old man from Manassas.  The victims were not injured during the robbery. The suspects are described as three black males between 17-20-years-old. The suspects were dressed in black clothes and had their face covered with ski masks.

Attempted Statutory Burglary, occurred on January 1, 2010, around 2:00 a.m. in the 8900 block of Benchmark Lane in Bristow. The victim reported that when she returned home she found her front door tampered with. Entry was not gained and nothing was stolen.

Assault and Battery, occurred on December 31, 2009, around 4:40 p.m. at a gas station located in the 8500 block of Sudley Road in Manassas. Two male employees were involved in an argument then it turned physical. A 23-year-old man struck a 51-year-old man in the face who became unconscious. The victim was transported to a local hospital and was treated for his injuries.
