On August 25 at approximately 10:19 p.m., PWC Police Officers responded to Breeze Way in the Montclair section of PWC for a report of a woman screaming and gunshots. Mrs. Lee Franz is reported to have taken a shotgun and fired multiple shots from her home during the course of an argument with a family member. She left the home before officers arrived and returned later in the morning when the sounds of the search for her woke her up. She was arrested without incident. There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident. The victim is an adult male.

Between July 17 and July 23, 2010 a credit card belonging to a 30 year old female from Manassas was used without her permission by Cesar Obdulio Ramos Gonzalez. The credit card was used to make purchases at local businesses exceeding $812.00. The case was reported to police on August 24.

On August 24, 2010 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Officer G. L. Mendoza of the Prince William County Police Department Bike Unit encountered Mr. Richard Marshall on the 13600 block of Mapledale Ave in PWC. During the course of the encounter, an Oxycontin pill was located in Mr. Marshall’s possession that he did not have a prescription for.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer / Obstruction of Justice
On August 24, 2010 at approximately 11:47 p.m., Officers responded to Brentwood Court in Woodbridge in reference to a possible fight in progress. Officers observed Marcus Antonio Hunter in the area. Noticing that Mr. Hunter was bleeding from his arm, Officer C. Yung attempted to stop him to determine his involvement with the fight. Mr. Hunter refused to stop and struck the officer as he attempted to get away from him.

On August 25, 2010 at 11:48 a.m., Officers responded to a complaint of a naked man walking through the woods in Chinn Park (13025 Chinn Park Drive). Officers located and arrested William Thomas Greene, Jr. Further investigation led officers to charge him with the same crime for an exposure that occurred on August 19.

Unlawful Filming of Another / Providing False ID to Law Enforcement /Obstruction of Justice
On August 25, 2010 at 5:40 p.m. Officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious person at a business located in Foulgers Square in Woodbridge, VA. The investigation revealed that a man identified as Harold Olegario Gonzalez Ordonez was following female customers and was secretly taking photographs up their skirts using a cell phone camera. When initially stopped by the investigating officer, he provided a false name and date of birth. It was also later learned that Mr. Gonzalez Ordonez was wanted on an outstanding Capias for Failure To Appear for an unrelated court date.

Statutory Burglary
On August 25, 2010 a burglary was reported on the 8000 block of Community Drive in Manassas. The suspects broke a sliding glass door. A computer, jewelry, and cash with a total value of $8,400.00 were taken.
