Arrests
Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana, occurred on November 25, 2005, around 12:25 a.m. in the area odd Smoketown Road and Golansky Road in Dale City. A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested Gregory William Theodis, 22, of Midsummer Lane in Woodbridge on the charges. During the investigation the officer discovered that Theodis was in possession of drugs. Bond and court date information were not available.
Possession of a Concealed Weapon (hand gun), occurred on November 25, 2009, around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Dumfries Road in Dumfries. A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested Simone Drew Ashby, 29, of Northton Court in Woodbridge, on the charge. Ashby is accused of being in possession of a firearm without a concealed weapon permit. Ashby was released on a summons and has a court date of January 12, 2010.
Incidents
Armed Robbery, occurred on November 25, 2009, around 1:10 a.m. in the 5400 block of Quatas Place in Woodbridge. The victim reported that he was walking home when he was approached by three unknown subjects. The suspects threatened the victim with an unknown object and demanded money. The victim was relieved of his cash and personal documents. The victim was not injured during the robbery. The first suspect is described as a Black male, between 18-20-years-old, approximately 5'7" tall, medium built, black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a black hoodie. The second suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5'5" tall, medium built, black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a gray hoodie, and sweatpants. The third suspect is described as a Black male, between 18-20-years-old, approximately 5'7" tall, medium built, gray hoodie, and sweatpants.
Armed Robbery, occurred on November 26, 2009, around 2:21 a.m. at a convenience store located in the 4100 block of Talon Drive in Dumfries. The suspect entered the store, approached the clerk, threatened him with a firearm, and demanded cash. The suspect left the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a Black male, between 18-25-years-old, was wearing black clothes, and a ski mask.
Statutory Burglary, occurred on November 24, 2009, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the 2000 Mayflower Drive in Woodbridge. The victim reported that his flat screen television was stolen. Entry to his house was gained by breaking a glass window. The total amount of the stolen property is $3,000.
Statutory Burglary, occurred on November 24, 2009, around between 6:20 a.m. and 7:20 p.m. in the 3500 block of Graham Park Road in Triangle. A video game system, video games, jewelry, and cash were stolen from the victim's house. The total amount of the stolen property is $2,690. Entry to the house was gained by breaking the glass of a front door.
