Arrests and incidents reported by police on Nov. 30

Arrests

Brandishing a Firearm, occurred on November 27, 2009, around 12:43 p.m. on Fallbrook Lane in Woodbridge. Arrested was Michael Roland Crump, 27, of Westwind Drive in Woodbridge on the charge. Crump is accused of pointing a hand gun to the victim during an argument. The victim was identified as a 27-year-old woman from Woodbridge and was not injured during the incident. Crump was held on $5,000 bond and has a court date of January 8, 2010.

Unlawful Wounding, occurred on November 28, 2009, around 7:04 p.m. on Kerill road in Triangle. Arrested was Ayesha Nicole White, 19, of Kerill Road on the charge. White is accused of swing a knife in direction of the victim and causing a laceration on the left thumb. White was held on $3,500 unsecured bond. The court date was not available. The victim was identified as a 25-year-old woman from Triangle. The victim was treated at the scene.

Incidents

Abduction, Sexual Battery, occurred on November 24, 2009, around 8:40 p.m. in the 14400 block of Smoketwon Road in Woodbridge. The police investigated an abduction complaint and obtained warrants for the arrest of Fernando Noguera charging with abduction and sexual battery. Noguera is Hispanic man, 32-years-old, 6'0" tall, 250 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, residing at 15203 Calexico Lane in Woodbridge. Noguera is accused of holding the victim against her will and inappropriately touching her. The victim was identified as an 18-year-old woman from Woodbridge. She was not injured during the incident.

Armed Robbery, occurred on November 24, 2009, around 3:20 p.m. in the 14500 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge. The victim, a 21-year-old man from Woodbridge reported that he was approached by three unknown men who demanded money. The victim was punched in the face prior to running away from the suspects. The first suspect is described as a Black male, between 16-20-years-old, approximately 5'3" tall, thin built, lack hair, and was wearing a navy blue jacket and blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a male, between 16-20-years-old, approximately 5'8" tall, thin built, and was wearing a camouflage jacket, and blue jeans. The third suspect is described as an Asian male, between 16-20-years-old, thin built, approximately 5'10" tall, and was wearing a black jacket.

Armed Robbery, occurred on November 25, 2009, around 10:30 p.m. at a convenience store located in the 1500 block of Featherstone Road in Woodbridge. The suspect entered the store, approached the counter, and demanded cash. The clerks were working and were not observed by the suspect and he left the scene without taking any money. The suspect was armed with a shot gun, is described as a black male, between 23-28-years-old, approximately 6'0" tall, medium built, and was wearing black clothes, a black jacket with a hood, and had his face covered with a ski mask. No one was injured during the robbery.
