Arrests
Unlawful Wounding, occurred on November 29, 2009, around 8:15 p.m. in the 13700 block of Mapledale Avenue in Dale City. Arrested was Marlon Joel Buezo Guerrero, 20, of Mapledale Avenue on the charge. Guerrero is accused of assaulting an acquaintance during an argument. The victim sustained severe facial injuries during the assault. The victim was identified as a 35-year-old man from Dale City and his medical care was not available. Guerrero was held without bond and has a court date of January 19, 2010.
Incidents
Armed Robbery, occurred on November 30, 2009, around 12:15 a.m. in the 15000 block of Illinois Road in Woodbridge. The victims reported that two unknown men entered their house through the front door, threatened them with guns, and demanded money. The victims were relieved of a lap top computer, a video game system, video games, a portable video game, and an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect tied up a 20-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman before leaving the scene. The victims were not injured during the robbery. The suspects are described as two Black men, between 20-25-years-old, thin built, between 5'9"-6'0" tall, and were wearing black jackets, blue jeans, and black ski masks.
Armed Robbery, occurred on November 30, around 12:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Mayflower Drive in Woodbridge. The victim, a 49-year-old taxi driver reported that he showed up to pick up a customer when he was robbed at gun point. The victim exited his vehicle when one of the armed suspects threatened him with a gun. The victim was relieved of an undisclosed amount of cash then got back into his taxi and drove away from the scene to call the police. The suspects are described as two Black males, between 20-25-years-old, approximately 6'0" tall, thin built, and wearing black clothes.
