Board of County Supervisors list agenda for May 13

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, May 13 at 2 p.m. in the Board Chambers of the James J. McCoart Administration Building. During the meeting, the board will hear multiple presentations, including:the Journey Through Hallowed Ground program;Employee of the Month; Volunteer of the Quarter;Monthly VDOT Report;Monthly Prince William Department of Transportation Report;Manassas Battlefield View Shed Study;2008 Comprehensive Plan Update on Land Use and Housing;Proposed Animal Advisory Committee;Neighborhood Services Update; andthe FY08 Quarterly Project Report. In addition, the Board is scheduled to adopt the FY2009-2014 Capital Improvement Program Budget, amend the General Fund Fiscal Plan for FY2009, and budget, appropriate and transfer the construction fund for the FY2009 Budget.

There is no evening meeting scheduled.

 The Board’s agenda is available to the public on the County’s Web site at www.pwcgov.org/bocs. The Board meetings are aired live on the Prince William Channel on Tuesdays as scheduled, and are repeated Wednesday through Friday at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m.
