Drug busts net more than 20 arrests

The Prince William County, Manassas City, and Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force, in conjunction with the Prince William County Police Street Crimes Unit conducted a two-day street level and hotel interdiction operations resulting in numerous arrests. The two-day operation started on 03-04-08 and ended on 03-05-08. By the end of the operation over 20 arrests were made.

During these arrests, police seized approximately three ounces cocaine, approximately three pounds of marijuana, ecstacy, firearms, ballistic vests and over $12,000. Areas identified by police as problem areas and hotels used in illegal activity. Some of the arrests were made while the detectives were conducting surveillance, traffic stops, and observed suspicious activity. Bellow is a list of those arrested:
 
 *Roy Royal, 50, New Market Court, Manassas, charged with
 Possession of Marijuana, and was released on a summons.
 
 *Jamaar Ryan Gilliam, 25, of Clover Court, Manassas, charged
 with Possession of Marijuana, and was released on a summons.
 
 *Nathaniel Lewis Pollard, 18, of Cass Place #302, Manassas,
 charged with Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana. He was
 held on $1,500.
 
 *Lamont Gary, 22, of Wesley Avenue, Manassas, charged Possession
 of Marijuana, and was released on a summons.
 
 *Andre Jackson, 23, of Sandalwood Drive, #B, Manassas City,
 charged with Possession of Marijuana, and was released on a summons.
 
 *John Boyles Kenneth, 21, of High Street, Gordonsville, Virginia,
 charged with Possession of Marijuana.
 
 *A 16-year-old female from Manassas, charged with Probation Violation.
 
 *George Michael Murray, 19, of Meadow Court, was charged with
 Manufacturing PCP. He was held on $2,500 bond.
 
 *A 17-year-old male from Manassas, was charged with Possession With
 Intent To Distribute Marijuana, Possession With Intent To Distribute
 Cocaine, Possession of MDMA (ecstasy). The juvenile was released to a
 parent and is pending a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations
 Court.
 
 *Dennis Rene Ray Correa, 21, of Willoughby Lane, Manassas, was
 charged with Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana,
 Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of MDMA
 (ecstasy). Correa was held without bond.
 
 *Andrew Parker Hastings, 18, of Colton Lane, Manassas, was
 charged with Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana,
 Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of MDMA
 (ecstasy). Hastings was held on $6,000 bond.
 
 *Justin Lakeen Davis, 18, of Song Sparrow Drive, Manassas, was
 charged with Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana,
 Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of MDMA
 (ecstasy). Davis was held on $12,000 bond.
 
 *Eric Wayne Bicksier, 26, of Charlton Court, Dale City, was
 charged with Possession of Schedule III Substance (percacet). He was
 released on a summons.
 
 *Rouhi D. Vandiver, 37, of Oakwood Drive, Possession With Intent
 To Distribute Marijuana. Bond information not Available.
 
 *Rashoun E. Niles, 27, of Joanna Court, Woodbridge, was charged
 with Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana. Bond Information
 was not available.
 
 *Denise Thomas, 37, of Three Dormers Court, Woodbridge, was
 charged with Possession of Marijuana, and was released on (SUMMONS).
 
 *James Earle II, 53, of Barksdale Drive, Woodbridge, was charged
 with Possession of Marijuana, and was released on summons.
 
 *Denise Webb, 21, of N. Lombardy Lane, Richmond, was charged with
 Possession of Marijuana, and was released on summons.
 
 *Jason Shottel, 26, of Fowke Lane, Woodbridge, was charged with
 Possession of Marijuana and Defraud Innkeeper. Shottel was held on
 $1,000 bond.
 
 *Thomas K. Metts, 45, of Koyle Place, Stafford, was charged with
 Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Crystal Meth, and Possession of
 Marijuana. Metts was held without bond.
 
 *Daniel O'Brien, 26, of W. 2nd Street, Waverly, Ohio, was charged
 with Possession of Marijuana. O'Brien was held on $1,000 bond.
 
 *David Mays II, 21, of Newman Alley, Otway, Ohio, was charged with
 Possession of Marijuana. Mays was held on $1,000 bond.
 
 The investigation continues.
