Arrests and incidents reported by police on June 26.

Fatal Crash

On 06-25-08, at approximately  1:15 p.m. the police responded to the
intersection of Prince William Parkway and Worth Avenue in Woodbridge to
investigate a fatal crash.  A 2001 Ford, Ranger, was traveling
westbound on Prince William Parkway when the driver disregarded a red
traffic light and collided with 2005, Dodge, Magnum.  The Magnum was
making a left turn from Worth Avenue onto Prince William Parkway.  

The Ranger had three occupants. One of the passengers died at the scene
and he was identified as Otoniel Farfan-Guillen, 35, of Washington
Drive, Falls Church.  A second passenger, a 45-year-old man from
Dumfries was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.  The
driver was identified as Wenbin Lu, 68, Lavender Mist Court,
Centreville, and was charged with Reckless Driving.  Lu was released on
a summons and has a court date of July 29, 2008.  Lu was also
transported to the hospital and was treated for minor injuries.

The Magnum had two occupants.  The 21-year-old female passenger was
transported to the hospital as a precaution and the driver was
identified as a 22-year-old man.  The passenger and the driver are both
from Woodbridge.  

Arrests

Possession of Concealed Weapon (firearm), occurred on June 23, 2008,
around 1:20 a.m. in the area of Beaver Ford Road and Smoketown Road in
Woodbridge.  The police responded to investigate a disorderly in
progress complaint and arrested Namik Kasapolli, 21, of Mission
Ridge Drive, Manassas, on the charge.  Kasapolli was held on $2,500 bond
and his court date was not available.

Robbery 2x, occurred on June 18, 2008, around 9:06 p.m. in the area of
Lynwood Court and Lambsgate Lane in Woodbridge.  The victim, an
18-year-old man from Dale City reported that he had been relieved of his
cell phone, his bicycle, and his money.  The victim reported that he was
approached by two unknown suspects.  One of the suspects ordered the
victim to give up his bicycle and punched him off his bicycle.  The
second suspect searched the victim and relieved him of his property.
During the investigation the identity of the suspects was developed.
Arrested were:
*Michael Donavin Finn, 18, of Lambsgate Lane, Woodbridge.
*A 17-year-old from Woodbridge.  
Finn was held without bond and the juvenile was transported to the
Juvenile Detention Center.  The court date was not available.  

Possession of a Schedule II Substance (cocaine), occurred on June 20,
2008, around 12:18 a.m. in the area of Filarete Street and Ferrara
Terrace in Woodbridge.  A patrol officer observed a suspicious vehicle
and stopped to investigate.  Arrested was Ralph Derrel Collins, 42, of
Haddon Lane, Woodbridge, on the charge.  Collins was held on a
$2,500 bond and has a court date of July 22, 2008.

Possession of Marijuana, occurred on June 26, 2008, around 1:33 p.m. in
the 15000 block of Alabama Avenue in Woodbridge.  A patrol officer
observed a suspicious vehicle and stopped to investigate.  Arrested were
Joe A. Interiano, 25, of Alabama Avenue, and Wilmer H. Ortez, 18,
of 14881 Enterprise Drive, Woodbridge, each on the charge.  Interiano
and Ortez were released on a summons and their court date was not
available.

Possession of Schedule II Substance (cocaine), occurred on June 25,
2008, around 10:52 p.m. in the 3600 block of Jurgensen Drive in
Woodbridge.  A patrol officer observed a suspicious person and stopped
to investigate.  Arrested was Lawrence Thomas Daniels, 26, of
Melrose Avenue, Triangle, on the charge.  Daniel was held without bond
and his court date was not available.

Possession of Marijuana, occurred on June 25, 2008, around 1;00 p.m. in
the 13500 block of Polar Court in Woodbridge.  A patrol officer
responded to investigate a trespassing in progress complaint.  Arrested
was Terrance Darnell Davis, 19, of Polar Court, on the charge.
Davis was released on a summons and has a court date of August 4, 2008.

Unlawful Entry, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Concealed
Weapon (knife), occurred on June 25, 2008, around 2;12 p.m. in the 13700
block of Gilbert Road in Dale City.  Arrested was Sterling Armand
Spence, 24, of Gilbert Road, on the charges.  Spence is accused of
breaking into a house that is for sale and stealing a video game system.
Spence was released on three summonses and his court date was not
available.

Possession of Marijuana, occurred on June 23, 2008, around 11:00 p.m. in
the area of Coppermine Drive and Butterfield Street in Manassas.  A
patrol officer observed a suspicious person and stopped to investigate.
Arrested was Mario Guzman, 21, of Manassas Drive, Manassas, on the
charge.  Guzman was released on a summons and has a court date of July
28, 2008.  

Incidents

Shooting Missiles at a Moving Vehicle, occurred on June 23, 2008, around
11:03 p.m. in the area of Minnieville Road and Old Bridge Road in
Woodbridge.  The victim, a 42-year-old man from Woodbridge reported that
he was driving southbound on Old Bridge Road when his 2006, Ford,
Mustang was struck with an unknown object.  When the victim arrived to
his residence, he checked his vehicle and noticed that it had been
struck with a paintball.  The victim's vehicle was not damaged and the
victim was not injured.  

Statutory Burglary, occurred between June 24, 2008, around 4:30 p.m. and
June 25, 2008, around 5:03 a.m. in the 14800 block of Build America
Drive in Woodbridge.  A computer printer was stolen from a business.
Entry was gained by breaking a window.

Grand Larceny From Auto, occurred on June 23, 2008, between 1:00-6:00
a.m. in the 1800 block of Sugar Hill Drive in Woodbridge.  Tires and
rims valued at $2,500 were removed and stolen from a 2004, Mitsubishi,
Lancer.  The victim had parked his vehicle in the apartment building
parking lot.

Grand Larceny of Auto, occurred on June 23, 2008, between 7:30-9:00 p.m.
in the 17000 block of Dumfries Road in Dumfries.  A 2008, Ford, F-350,
truck, black in color, valued at $50,000 was stolen.  The victim left
the truck with the key in the ignition, unsecured, and unattended.  When
the victim returned, the truck was missing.  

Grand Larceny, occurred between June 18, 2008, around 4:00 p.m. and June
23, 2008, around 3:15 p.m. in the 1500 block of Tyler Circle in
Woodbridge.  A 2006, Suzuki, Motorcycle, blue and white in color, valued
at $11,000 was stolen.  The victim had parked his motorcycle in front of
his residence and when he returned from vacation, it had been stolen.
