Arrests and incidents reported by police on June 11.

Arrested

Brandon Hunt Chambers, 18, of Clancy Lane, Bealeton, VA, was
charged with Attempted Malicious Wounding 2x, Shooting Into an Occupied
Vehicle, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

James Jamal Toatley, 19, of Bruton Parrish Court, Manassas, was
charged with Attempted Malicious Wounding 2x, Shooting Into an Occupied
Vehicle, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

A 17-year-old male from Nokesville, was charged with Attempted Malicious
Wounding 2x, Shooting Into an Occupied Vehicle, Use of a Firearm in the
Commission of a Felony.

Victims

A 22-year-old man from Reva, Virginia
A 21-year-old woman from Reva, Virginia

On 05-16-08, the police began the investigation of a drive-by shooting
that occurred in Manassas.  The shooting occurred in the area of
Nokesville Road and Pennsylvania Avenue at approximately 10:30 p.m.  The
investigation revealed that the accused and the victims were involved in
a verbal altercation at an undisclosed location in Manassas City.  The
victims were followed by the accused and were subsequently shot at while
they were in their vehicle.  No one was injured.

On 06-05-08, Chambers turn himself in to police.  Since then Chambers
has been released on a $20,000 bond.   Today, the U.S. Marshals Task
Force located Toatley in the 8600 block of Bruton Parish Court and took
him into custody.  Toatley was held without bond.  The juvenile was
taken into custody by the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office.  The
juvenile has been transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Prince
William and will be having a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic
Relations Court.  Chambers and Toatley have a hearing scheduled for July
17, 2008.

Shooting Into an Occupied Vehicle, occurred on May 16, 2008, around
10:30 p.m. in the area of Nokesville Road and Pennsylvania Avenue in
Manassas.  The two male victims, a 22 year old and a 21 year old
reported that they were traveling southbound on Nokesville Road when
their vehicle was shot at.  No one was injured.  The vehicle that the
suspect was driving is described as a silver colored SUV.  The suspect
vehicle had left the scene prior to the arrival of the police.

Arrests

Possession of Schedule I Substance (Psilocybin/mushrooms) , Possession
of Marijuana, occurred on June 9, 2008, around 8:37 p.m. in the 15600
block of Lansdowne Lane in Haymarket.  Arrested was Travis A. Jackson,
20, of Lansdowne Lane, on the charges.  The incident occurred
while the police were investigating an unrelated incident.  Bond and
court date information were not available.

Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), occurred on
June 10, 2008, around 11:24 p.m. in the area of Signal Hill Road and
Hanback Drive in Manassas.  Arrested was Jason Edward Talada, 30, of
River Forest Drive, Manassas, on the charges.  The arrest occurred
while a patrol officer conducted a traffic stop.  Talada was held on
$3,500 bond and has a court date of August 20, 2008.

Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a False Identification,
Obstruction of Justice, occurred on June 8, 2008, around 8:40 p.m. in
the 7800 block of Cellar Door Drive in Bristow.  Arrested was Paul John
Miller III, 19, of Cynthia Place, Salisbury, Maryland, on the
charges.  The incident occurred while Miller attended at a concert at
Nissan Pavilion.  Miller was held on $5,000 bond and his court date was
not available.

Possession of a Concealed Weapon (firearm), Bribery, occurred on June
11, 2008, around 1:30 a.m. in the 3500 block of Mountain Road in
Haymarket.  Arrested was John Thomas Prince IV, 18, of Youngs
Drive, Haymarket, on the charges.  Prince was being served an
outstanding warrant when he offered money to the officer to set him
free.  Prince was held without bond and has a court date of July 22,
2008.

Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Intoxicated in Public,
occurred on June 5, 2008, around 10:28 a.m. in the 10200 block of
Residence Drive in Nokesville.  The police responded to investigate a
suspicious vehicle complaint and arrested Britney Erica Hughes, 22, of
Rydell Court, Centreville, on the charges.  Hughes was held on
$10,000 bond and her court date was not available.

Destruction of Property, Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Obstruction
of Justice, Assault and Battery on a Law Enforcement 2x, occurred on
June 7, 2008, around 4;00 p.m. in the area of Clemson Court and
Coverstone Drive in Manassas.  Arrested was Jose Atilio Olivares, 20, of
Leona Street, Silver Spring, Maryland, on the charges.  Olivares
is accused of colliding his vehicle to a fence and attacking the
officers when they told him that he was under arrest.  Olivares was held
without bond and has a court date of August 6, 2008.
