Arrests and incidents reported by police on June 4

 

Arrests


On 05-01-08, the police began a sexual assault investigation that occurred in March of 2006. The victim was 15-years-old at the time that the offenses occurred. The offenses occurred while the victim attended Tiger Martial Arts Academy located 5187 Waterway Drive in Montclair and the accused was an instructor.

The accused has been identified as Jonathan Alfred Foxx, 25, of Toddsbury Way, Woodbridge. Foxx has been charged with Indecent Liberties With a Minor While in Supervisory Role and Non-Forcible Sodomy. On 06-03-08, Foxx turned himself in at the Garfield police station. Foxx was released after posting a $5,000 bond and will be having a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

On 05-31-08, a search warrant was conducted at the Tiger Martial Arts Academy and on 06-02-08 a second search warrant was conducted at 15561
Toddsbury Way.

 

Possession of Schedule II Substance (methadone), occurred on June 2, 2008, around 10:38 p.m. in the 9400 block of Liberia Avenue in Manassas. Arrested was Christiana Dallas Marshall, 25, of Lake Jackson Drive, Manassas, on the charge. The arrest occurred when the police
were investigating an unrelated incident. Marshall did not have a prescription for the methadone. Marshall was held on $2,500 bond and has a court date of June 27, 2008.

Possession of Schedule II Substance (vicodin), Possession of a Concealed Weapon (baton), occurred on June 2, 2008, around 9:30 a.m. in the 12600 block of Foremost Court in Nokesville. Arrested was Johnny Arthur Bean, 51, of Nokesville, on the charges. Bean did not have a prescription for the medication. The incident occurred when the police were investigating an unrelated matter. Bond and court date information were not available.

Possession of Marijuana, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile, occurred on June 3, 2008, around 6:43 p.m. in the area of Darnley Road and Marquis Place in Woodbridge. Arrested was Francis Joseph Kelly IV, 18, of Critton Circle, Woodbridge on the charges. The arrest occurred when the police conducted a traffic stop and Kelly was a passenger. Kelly was in company of a 16-year-old male juvenile from Woodbridge. Kelly was released on a summons and will be having a hearing in court in August 29, 2008.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on June 2, 2008, around 10:50 a.m. in the 13100 block of Queensdale Drive in Dale City. The police responded to investigate a burglary-in-progress. The victim reported that he woke up when he heard noise in his basement and went to investigate. The victim observed when three subjects ran out of the residence. The victim was able to detain one of the suspects until the police arrived. The police obtained petitions for three juveniles and charged them with statutory burglary. The accused are: a 13-years-old female, a 13-years-old male, and a 14-year-old male all from Woodbridge. The juveniles will be having a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. Nothing was stolen during the burglary.

Possession of Marijuana 2x, Possession of Alcohol by a Minor 2x, occurred on June 3, 2008, around 1;15 a.m. in the area of Seymour Road and Mission Ridge Drive in Manassas. A patrol officer observed a suspicious vehicle and stopped to investigate. Arrested were Melissa Janine Rodriguez, 18, of Bren Mar Drive, Alexandria, and a 17-year-old female also from Alexandria. Rodriguez and the juvenile were each charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor. Rodriguez was released on two summonses and has a court date of June 27, 2008. The arresting officer will be obtaining petitions for the charges on the juvenile. The juvenile was released to a family member.

Incidents

Statutory Burglary, occurred on June 4, 2008, around midnight, in the 10600 unit block of Blendia Lane in Manassas. The police responded to investigate a burglary in progress. It was reported that an unknown subject had broken into a clubhouse. The suspect made entry by breaking a window. Nothing was stolen. The suspect was observed running from the scene and was wearing a pair of light colored pants, a dark colored sweatshirt with a hood. The suspect was a Hispanic or Black male, approximately 5'10" tall and medium built.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on June 4, 2008, around midnight in the 10600 block of Lomond Drive in Manassas. A patrol officer heard an audible alarm coming from a business and stopped to investigate. The business had been broken into but nothing was stolen. Entry was gained by breaking a window.

Statutory Burglary, occurred on June 2, 2008, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Winslow Court in Woodbridge. Jewelry, a video game system, and video games valued at $1,500 were stolen from the victim's residence. Entry was gained breaking a basement window.
