Arrests
Indecent Liberties, Sexual Battery, occurred on December 21, 2008, around 12:39 a.m. in the 12400 block of Iona Sound Drive in Bristow. Arrested was Hector Diaz Lopez, 40, of Iona Sound, on the charges. Lopez is accused of inappropriately touching a family member. Lopez was held without bond and he will be having a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
Armed Robbery, Malicious Wounding, Threats Against Witness, occurred on December 19, 2008, around 11:45 a.m. in Soldiers Ridge Circle in Manassas. The victim, a 25-year-old man from Catlett, reported that he had made a previous arrangement to meet with 23-year-old Shana Marie Good at a convenience store parking lot, near where the robbery occurred. After the victim and Good met, they drove to Soldiers Ridge Circle. Good exited her vehicle and Dondrell Orpez Macon, 32, entered it, locking the doors. Macon then threatened the victim with a box cutter and demanded money. The victim was cut on his hands during the robbery. The victim was relieved of his jacket, a cell phone, and his wallet. Good, who has no fixed address, was charged with robbery. Macon, who has no fixed address, was charged with robbery, malicious wounding and threats against a witness. Good and Macon were held without bond and they have a scheduled court date of January 20, 2009.
