Genealogy class offers research help

A small percentage of people were missed by census takers, but more often than not, they were included, but difficult to find.  The staff of RELIC (The Ruth E. Lloyd Information Center), a special collection for Genealogy and Local History housed at the Bull Run Regional Library, 8051 Ashton Avenue in Manassas, will demonstrate advanced search techniques to maximize your census research results on Thursday, August 21 at 11 a.m.

To register for this free program, stop by the library or call (703) 792-4540 or TTY: (703) 792-4524, or email relic2@pwcgov.org .  Sign language interpretation is available for Prince William Public Library programs if requested at least three weeks in advance.

To be notified of upcoming programs and new resources in RELIC, visit www.pwcgov.org/library/relic/whats_new_in_relic.htm.
