WHAT: The 10th annual Parade of Homes, inviting visitors to tour 33 custom luxury houses throughout Northern Virginia and meet the area's custom builders.

WHO: Sponsored by the Custom Builders Council of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association.

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 6 and 7, from 11 a.m. to 5 pm. Tickets are $20 for the tour, to benefit local charities like the Ronald McDonald House and HomeAid.
